Contract Summary
Booking Confirmation
To secure your photography session, a non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract are required. The date and time of the session will be agreed upon by both parties and confirmed in writing. Any changes to the session details must be communicated and mutually agreed upon.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of the shoot, the non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited. If the photographer needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered. If the client needs to reschedule, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the new date and time.
Payment
The remaining balance for the photography services is due on or before the session date. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check and Square credit or debit payment. Additional fees, such as travel expenses or special requests, will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the sessions.
Cooperation and Conduct
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the session, including location details and any specific requests. The client is expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the session, following any instructions or guidelines provided by the photographer.
Image Delivery and Editing
The photographer will deliver the final edited images within an agreed-upon timeframe, typically specified in the contract. The number of delivered images may vary depending on the package or session duration. Minor retouching, color correction, and enhancements will be applied to the images at the photographer's discretion.
Liability and Release
The photographer will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants during the session. The client agrees to release the photographer from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the session or as a result of using the delivered images.
Usage Rights and Copyright
The photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images captured during the session. The client is granted personal usage rights, allowing them to print, share, and display the images for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial usage or publication of the images requires prior written consent from the photographer.
